Dentist

Dr. Garrett Fillebrown, DMD

Dr. Fillebrown was born and raised in Western Maine. He earned his undergraduate degree from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine before attending the university of New England College of Dental Medicine

He is committed to providing compassionate, personalized clinical care and believes in treating every patient as he would a member of his own family. He strives to create a comfortable, welcoming environment while helping his patients achieve and maintain healthy, confident smiles

Outside of the office, Dr. Fillebrown enjoys spending time with his wife, Drew, and their Shih Tzu, Nugget. He is also a lifelong and enthusiastic Boston Red Sox Fan.

Office Manager

Caroline

Caroline is the Office Manager at Brighton Dental Associates, where she is passionate about creating a welcoming, positive experience for every patient who walks through the door. Originally from Boothbay, Maine, Caroline began her career managing a small family dental practice in her hometown before relocating to the Portland area.

Her experience has given her a deep appreciation for the relationships that make dentistry so rewarding and the importance of helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for.

Caroline enjoys supporting her team and building lasting connections with patients. Outside of work, she loves exploring the Portland area, spending time with family and friends, and discovering new local restaurants.

Katie, RDH, BSDH

Meet Katie! Working part-time, she has been a part of the Brighton Dental team for the past five years. Katie earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of New England, where she also received additional certifications in administering local anesthesia and nitrous oxide.

Tammy is a 2000 UNE graduate and has been with Brighton Dental Associates since January 2025. She started in the dental field as a dental assistant in 1993.

With over 30 years of dedicated experience in dental care, Tammie brings a wealth of expertise and a deep passion for patient wellness to our team. She recently achieved her Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) credential, showcasing her commitment to advanced clinical skills and high-quality care.

Hi, I’m Sarah! I graduated from the University of New England with a Bachelor’s of science degree in the Dental Hygiene program. I currently work as a Dental Assistant. I have been working with Brighton Dental for four years and will soon be earning my license as a Dental Hygienist.

Jaylyn is a dedicated professional who has recently embarked on a career in dentistry, bringing a wealth of experience from the medical field. Prior to joining the dental community, she worked at a dermatology clinic, where she provided exceptional customer service and understands certain procedures that patients needed. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
